Delivery and tracking of your orders

You will have the chance to select your preferred delivery method at checkout.

Please ensure you enter your postcode at the cart/checkout stage for an accurate shipping quote.

PLEASE NOTE: We are currently unable to ship orders to Northern Ireland until further notice

Delivery Methods:

Free UK Mainland Delivery - 3-5 working days. (UK Mainland Addresses ONLY).
All items will arrive flat-packed or fully assembled, either boxed or on a pallet and will include fixings and instructions.

Standard Delivery - 3-5 working days.
All items will arrive flat-packed or fully assembled, either boxed or on a pallet and will include fixings and instructions.

White Glove Delivery – Estimated Lead Time – up to 4 weeks.
All items will arrive fully assembled or will be assembled on site by our skilled delivery and installation team. Our delivery team will place your item(s) in situ for you and will remove any packaging after the installation is complete. Our warehouse will contact you prior to dispatch to schedule a date for your delivery.

For Free and Standard UK delivery, depending on the size, weight and quantity of items on your order, your order will be dispatched via one of the below options. You will receive your tracking information on the day that your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Please ensure you provide a correct email address and mobile phone number at the checkout to aid in a successful delivery.

DX Express –

• DX Freight deliveries are made Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays) between 9am-5pm.

DX Freight –

MSD PalletForce –

• You will need your consignment number (e.g. LBN1234) and your delivery postcode.
• Pallet deliveries will typically be delivered on a tail-lift lorry to the curbside in front of the delivery address, depending on access. Palletforce will contact you prior to attempting delivery to book in a convenient date, unless a delivery date has already been specified. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays) between 9am-5pm.
