  • WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?

    LeisureBench Customer Care is open from Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm. We are closed for bank holidays and national holidays, and during the Christmas period between Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

  • DO YOU PROVIDE PRODUCT ADVICE?

    Yes. Our Customer Care team are here to help you in any way we can. Please contact us at support@leisurebench.co.uk.
    If we are unable to answer your questions immediately, we will find the answer to your question and get back to you. Our friendly team is here to help and can offer advice about our wide selection of indoor and outdoor furniture and what products would best suit your spaces and requirements.

  • DO YOU SEND OUT SAMPLES?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to send out samples of our furniture. Both trade and home customers are more than welcome to order a single item from our wide selection of garden and indoor furniture and if you are not pleased you can send the item back for a refund, minus the delivery costs.
    If you are happy with the furniture, you can place an order and we will take off the delivery costs from your sample piece. 

  • DO YOU HAVE A SHOP?

    We do not have an official LeisureBench shop, but we do have a small outlet where we sell a range of slight seconds and return garden furniture. 
    This is located at:

    This is a seasonal shop, open from March to September, Tuesday to Friday 10am - 4pm and Saturdays 9am - 12pm.

  • DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM?

    LeisureBench does not have a permanent show room, however, if you are preparing for a large order, we can have both indoor and outdoor furniture made up and ready for you to view here at our head office.
    As you can appreciate, this takes some organisation and this will have to be arranged with our sales team. Please send an email to sales@leisurebench.co.uk or give our Customer Care team a call to organise this.
